In the centre of Balatonfüred, just a few minutes away from the Tagore promenade along the coast, Fürjes Villa Guesthouse and Fürjes Villa Apartment and Conference Hall are located just 250 metres from Eszterházy Beach and the vibrant centre of Füred, but still in a quiet and peaceful street. The Fürjes Villa, named after the ancient name of Balatonfüred – Fürjes place – has been increasingly popular with guests since 2008. Fürjes Villa is not only a favourite holiday destination for families, but also the perfect venue for corporate events and training courses. Our event hall is equipped with technical facilities and can comfortably accommodate 50-55 people.
The Fürjes Villa offers cosy, air-conditioned rooms and suites with classic, homely furnishings and comfort. The new apartment house is equipped with geothermal wall heating to ensure a good climate at all times, and the contemporary, modern decor and practical tea-kitchens provide a comfortable stay.
We are happy to organise wine tasting for our guests at the Fürjes Udvarház in Vászoly, which is located 15 minutes drive from Villa Fürjes. We organise boat trips with the Fürjes sailing boat for small groups or couples around the Tihany peninsula – a fantastic experience to watch the sun set on the water with a glass of fresh Fürjes wine in hand.
In addition to the large terraces and garden, the social area includes a common living room with a cosy café serving special coffees and wines from our winery.
There are high-quality restaurants, a café and a beer bar in the surroundings of Fürjes Villa. Esterházy and Kisfaludy beaches are just a few minutes walk away. The famous Tagore promenade and the Balatonfüred Wine Festival are a good choice for relaxation.
Balatonfüred is the oldest and most patinated village on Lake Balaton. Its huge parks, carbonic acid sources and ancient villas make the town particularly attractive. From its boat station there are regular boat trips to the picturesque Tihany, the youth-friendly Siófok and nearby Balatonalmádi.
In Füred and its surroundings, those who like active relaxation and those who want peace and quiet will find what they are looking for. With our bicycles, you can explore the charming villages of the Balaton-felvidék, with its special atmosphere of vineyards lined with cellars and a magical panorama overlooking the lake.
